1. General Refund Policy
All service payments are considered final once the service process has been initiated. Due to
the nature of compliance, registration, and filing services, refunds are generally not
applicable after work has started.
2. Government & Statutory Fees
Government fees, statutory charges, and third-party payments are strictly non-refundable under
any circumstances once paid to the respective authorities.
3. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered only if no work has been initiated from our side and the cancellation
request is made within 24 hours of payment. Approval of refunds is subject to internal review
and management discretion.
4. Client Delays or Rejections
Refunds will not be provided for delays or rejections caused by incomplete documentation,
incorrect information provided by the client, or failure to respond in a timely manner.
5. Processing of Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of
payment. Processing timelines may vary depending on banking procedures.
6. Policy Updates
Startup Dost reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior
notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
